• Credit, Debit or Prepaid card
You can pay without any charge with debit, credit or prepaid cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) issued by any bank.
- In case there is a shortage in a product, the refund made by our accounting department will appear as an available balance in your account in 7-14 working days if it is a debit card and in your next account if it is a credit card.
Secure Transactions
The process of clearing your payment is handled by Eurobank via the “Wordline” electronic payment platform. To secure online card transactions, Merchant Services Payment Link fully supports the 3D Secure protocol. It implements Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) which reduces the risk of fraud in electronic transactions. Our customers’ data is protected with TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol with 256bit encryption. Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key, thus ensuring the absolute security of your transaction. All data transferred electronically by the customer (credit card details) as well as their transfer from the Bank to VISA or MasterCard are covered by the encryption algorithm and the card details are not stored anywhere, only used during control and billing . In addition, Eurobank’s systems are protected by a strong state-of-the-art Firewall. So the transactions you make with yfasmatadragon.gr via credit cards are completely safe.
The Dragon does not collect or store your credit card details in any way, and for this reason you need to re-register them, every time you use your credit card for transactions through this site.
• Bank transfer or E-Banking
You can easily, quickly and safely make your transactions through bank transfers or electronic payments through E-Banking in the following banks.
- Select the Bank Deposit Method in the account you want to execute your order.
- Deposit the money in one of the following accounts, stating the order number and your full name as the reason. (It is necessary so that there is no delay in processing your order).
- In case the transfer of the amount is made by another bank, the bank commissions must burdened entirely by the customer (Method Of Charging Commissions / Expenses: OUR). In case the customer has not bear the bank fees, an additional deposit will need to be made with the amount of the bank fees.
- Send us the proof of deposit at info@yfasmatadragon.gr, so that we can proceed with the execution of your order.

• Cash on delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery for your order upon delivery of the package to the place of your choice. There is an extra charge for the COD service of 1.84€ + VAT. For security reasons, cash on delivery payment is only available to existing customers or after telephone approval.
• Pay via Viva.com | Smart Check Out
When you select the Viva Wallet Smart Checkout payment method you will be taken to the secure Viva Wallet environment to complete your transaction. VivaWallet is a Greek company providing online payment services and is certified by the European Central Bank. Paying via Viva Wallet provides 0% commission on card charges. Viva Wallet accepts all credit and debit cards of any bank (Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, Piraeus Bank, Eurobank, etc.) and payment can be made:
- Via your credit or debit card in the Viva Wallet environment without creating an account.
Using your existing Viva Wallet account or creating a new one. - After completing the transaction you will receive a confirmation message from Viva Wallet and from us.
Also, if you don’t want to enter your card details, you can complete the payment process with just a few clicks, safely using your saved cards via Google Pay, as Smart Checkout also offers this option.
It should be noted that Smart Checkout has 3DS support, which provides strong security to both merchants and cardholders. Merchants have the ability to request cardholder authentication from card issuers, thereby minimizing their exposure to fraud and malicious transactions. At the same time, cardholders with cards registered to 3DS can be assured that no transactions will be allowed without their consent.
• Payment with PayPal
What is PayPal?
Although credit cards now provide satisfactory security, there are many who hesitate to use them on the Internet. This is solved – in addition to the other conveniences it provides – by the PayPal electronic payment service. PayPal serves as an alternative electronic payment method. It is not a bank in itself, it functions more as an intermediary, with the main purpose of facilitating consumers and sellers in their transactions with each other. Simply put, PayPal manages the payments you make on the Internet, paying online stores on your behalf, that is, you do not pay each merchant directly, but PayPal pays them for you using and hiding your payment details.
What are the advantages of PayPal?
♦ Online stores never learn your credit card or bank account details, only PayPal knows these, which will complete the transaction on your behalf.
♦ The fact that PayPal has agreed to cooperate with the e-shop is another indication of the store’s reliability. It has a specialized anti-fraud department and protects consumers from mischief for a period of up to six months after the purchase!
♦ You don’t need to enter your card details again and again. Simply log in to PayPal immediately after checkout and you’re done!
♦ PayPal, if you ask it, can intervene in cases where the online store does something it shouldn’t (e.g. charging you for a service you didn’t request or for goods you didn’t receive or that you received but weren’t as described). In these cases (if it turns out that you’re right) PayPal will refund you 100%.
♦ Orders completed with PayPal are considered immediately paid, so there is absolutely no delay in their processing.
An additional fee 3,4% + 0,35€ applies if you use this payment method. To avoid this surcharge, you can pay via bank transfer.
• IRIS payment service
The payment is made in the simplest way by scanning a QR code with your smartphone, in real time, without intermediaries. At the end of this process a transfer will have been executed in the background directly from your bank account.
