A few words about cotton canvas fabrics…
The canvas, which is usually made with cotton threads, is the ideal basis for the creation of more complex fabrics. It is used for shading curtains, cushions on sofas in balconies and gardens (pavilion). It is also made for uses such as: ironing board cover, general use bags for your shopping (tote bags) on which you can even apply or print anything you want and make them unique. Washable at 40 ⁰C. Washing before sewing is recommended when it is necessary to know the final dimensions of the fabric. Not suitable for director’s chair (higher standard specification fabric is required).
Cabot. Suitable for shading curtain and many other uses. This fabric does not belong in the canvas category, but we include it here because it has many common uses.
